When you subtract the viewers who are too young to vote, those who can not vote due to incarceration for a felony and those who have never bothered to register you have a less than stellar numbers. Serge channels James?

I had some work to do late last night and was watching the original Amiytville Horror with James Brolin. While watching it I noticed how much he looks like Serge Tankian. I wonder if any one else notices the similarity. So maybe I will give the Woody /Serge comparisons a break and start the James Brolin / Serge comparisons.

Open Letter to Super Nanny

Dearest Super Nanny,

I thoroughly enjoy watching you ever week as you demoralize bad American parents and make their snotty bratty kids cry. However whilst, you are in the Colonies it would be best that you adjust your vocabulary so that the dumb Americans and their offspring will understand you.

Just as an example, we pronounce the "th" in words as "thh" not "vf" (ie Mother is not pronounced "Mu-vf-er" nor is Together pronounced "to-ge-vf-er). Also Americans generally call those things, that hold soup and stewed tomatoes at the store, cans not tins. You may confuse young children when asking them if they "want to have a go at it" please ask them if they want a turn. Also when referring to nouns in sentences we usually add a pronoun. So rather than saying "sit here at table", try adding the word "the" to your sentence. It may take some practice but I'm sure you can do it.

Things I like for my nephew's nursery

My Brother and his wife are having twin boys. They need to get furniture for the nursery but they don't want white or light colored would. I thought these items were cool.

Annoy-a-tron Day 1

It's the Annoy-a-tron's first day out and I placed it near my co-worker on the "low" setting. I just wanted to be subtling annoying but I didn't want them to search for it. Unfortunately it was a total bust because they are both so deaf they didn't notice. Tomorrow I will turn it up louder. Too bad that younger people around me (who were not the intended target) were able to hear it and wondered what it was. BLAH!
